Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: teaching courses (online and/or face to-face on California campus) in graduate-level School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling programs; supervising practicum and internship students; advising students in the Counseling programs; participating in program development; participation in CACREP, PDE, NCATE/CAEP, and Middle States related accreditation responsibilities; conducting program assessment, outcomes, and evaluation; serving on department and university-wide committees; and involving students in ongoing research. The Counselor program at PennWest is a teaching-focused and student-centered learning community.
